Randolph Avenue

Originally, our aim was to develop the lower ground floor flat and we were successful in our applications to add a 4m extension to the rear, develop into the faults under street level at the front of the property and install a garden room at the rear of the property. However, by liaising with the other owners in the building we soon managed to acquire the 3 remaining flats in the building and we then submitted planning to form two large maisonnettes, a first on the road. The amalgamation works are currently ongoing and should be completed by June 2023. Both flats are currently under offer.
