This was a complex and interesting project where we acquired a plot of land that was once an old motor garage. The existing structure was demolished and planning was granted to build 2 properties on the site.

122 Saltram Crescent is an incredible property set over 2 levels in the lower round and upper ground floor. It has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful open living space using state of the art technology.

The refurbish was done by an award-winning interior designer XBD Collective.
