Originally a building comprising 6 flats, McWigg obtained planning to convert to a 18 unit HMO in early 2023. An additional application was submitted and granted for the addition of 2 additional units to bring the total number to 19. We are in the process of forming the team to commence construction and aim to complete in mid to late 2024.
