120 Saltram Crescent

This was a complex and interesting project where we acquired a plot of land that was once an old motor garage. The existing structure was demolished and planning was granted to build 2 properties on the site. 120 Saltram Crescent was built as a modern 3 story house starting from the ground floor up.

It boasted 3 bedrooms with a great lateral entertaining space on the 1st floor. The entire top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and generous sized en-suite. It is one of the only modern houses on the entire street and was exceptionally well refurbished.
